Ordering

againagain.co.uk is open 24 hours a day, so you can log on at anytime of the day or night to buy your perfect gift. If you have any questions, or require some advice on any of the products on the website, you can email us at team@againagain.co.uk and we will get straight back to you.

Postage and packaging

Standard postage to the UK is £3.95 on all orders.
Postage overseas is charged at £9.95 on all orders.
All products ordered will be beautifully gift wrapped free of charge. If you would like to add a personal message to your gift, you can do this at the ordering stage. Your message will be added to a gift tag.
We aim to dispatch your order on the same day, however please allow between 2 to 5 working days via Standard delivery. The Royal Mail Signed For service will be used. All parcels will require a signature on delivery, so please ensure you provide an address where there will be somebody there to sign for the gift. We cannot accept any responsibility for the goods once they have left us and are in the possession of a courier or Royal Mail.

againagain use Protx for all online payments. Protx are the largest independent payment provider in the country. They have achieved the highest level of Compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. againagain accept all major credit and debit cards.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

If you wish to cancel your order:

you can notify us by email to team@againagain.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods; or
where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us will be your responsibility, unless the gift is faulty.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange as required.
A full refund will only be provided if the products are returned as new, with all tags and packaging included. If the product is returned and is not in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refund on the item.

Stock Availability

We try at all times to maintain stock levels, but if at any time there is a something unavailable which you have ordered, we promise to notify you of this immediately, and substitute it for something similar which is of the same or greater value.
